  6. Chicken breast (2 pieces), 120 g cottage cheese / feta cheese, 1 toast, grapefruit, 2 pieces of tomato and cucumber.

  • chicken breast - 1 piece;
  • fresh cucumbers - 2 pieces of medium size;
  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • soy salt sauce - 2 tbsp;
  • fresh lemon juice - 1 tbsp.

You can also cook tomatoes with cheese. After washing the tomatoes, cut into circles to place on a flat dish. Pepper and salt. Sprinkle each round with grated cheese.
